At Ed Hardy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain limited edition collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original Ed Hardy tags and branding are included inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or store credit within 7-10 business days.
